SNAP-Ed's Eating Smart, Being Active curriculum is made up of 8 FREE classes that empower participants to plan meals on a budget, make healthy food choices, and find ways they can become more active.
SNAP-Ed's Eating Smart, Being Active curriculum is made up of 8 FREE classes that empower participants to plan meals on a budget, make healthy food choices, and find ways they can become more active. Classes include interactive components such as food demonstrations and physical activity. Participants will receive free items each class including a cutting mat, measuring cups, a cookbook, and more! Those who attend six of the eight sessions will also receive a graduation certificate.
Participants are recommended to wear comfortable clothing for light physical activity.

The Mildred L. Terry Library has been serving customers near the heart of the city of Columbus since 1952. Named for its former branch manager, the Library was founded as the segregated “Colored” library for the area. In its 60+ year history it has grown to serve the needs of all area residents as a community center, a location for research and a place for outstanding family programs. Three rooms of various sizes are available to be booked by the public
