When you think about how you get through your day, how can you build a mental health survival kit to you keep your mind calm and capable of handling difficult things life might bring your way? Your survival kit might include art supplies and a journal while mine might have a great playlist and a puzzle game. Let’s have fun and explore how to build a personal mental wellness survival kit together!
