Learn what radon is, how it gets into a home, how it increases lung cancer risk, how it is tested, and how it is fixed. Each attendee will be provided with a free one time use radon test kit.
This class will be led Radon Educator Derek Cooper from the UGA Extension.
The Columbus Public Library serves as the anchor branch for the Chattahoochee Valley Libraries and has been named one of the “10 Most Beautiful Libraries in Georgia.” Meeting Rooms, Auditorium and Computer Lab can be booked for public events up to 90 days in advance.
